Our investment process blends together a rigorous "top-down" and "bottom up" analysis, and decisions are made based upon multiple parameters; generally, a market advantage must first be identified, such as preferred long term contracts, strategic location, first-mover advantage, recognized market leadership, advanced technology or a unique expertise. For every investment we make, we highlight the development of an exit strategy as a core part of our investment analysis. Once we make our investment, we work with our invested company towards building the business operations and realizing that pre-quantified liquidity event.
